The building is located right on the beach and is also the vicinity of numerous great restaurants. The Shelborne hotel was fully renovated in 2011 and is now of the trendiest hotels in town, with a great pool, beach access, restaurants, bars, and pool bar.

About the apartment:

Unit #524 is a studio that has 360 square feet of living space and will sleep up to four people. The designer of this unit brought a very modern white Delano type influence to this unit. The unit offers partial ocean views.

It includes two white queen-size beds with matching night tables and is furnished with a plasma TV and iPod stand with speakers. This studio has a safe.

The kitchenette is equipped with is a small refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware and more. The Bathroom has marble tiles from  the floor to ceiling and a trendy shower.

Local phone calls and Wifi are free. Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.

We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests, make sure that you reserve a permit.
You car will be parked within a few blocks of the Shelborne.
