This condominium is a large 950 sq. ft. unit not including the patio overlooking a pond. It is
fully furnished with
brand new furnitures all around and a sectional sofa in the living room. There is also plenty of
parking. It was
completely renovated in 2009. The condo has a brand new luxury kitchen with stainless steel
appliances,
including a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, and granite counter tops. There are
travertine tile
floors throughout, a new bathroom, and plenty of storage space. There is a GREAT entertainment
center as
well with with a Plasma T.V, a D.V.D player cable and high speed internet. The living room and
bedroom
both have large
sliding doors that open to a screened in porch with a table and 4 chairs. The master room has a 
king size
bed, night stands, a television, and a very comfortable EASY plug-in inflatable bed too. All linens
are included,
along with an ironing board, clothes iron, and hair blow-dryer. Ocean Village is a gated community
conveniently
close to all amenities, including but not limited to golf, tennis, pools, beaches, shopping, and
restaurants. Come

There are several exciting activities to explore during your stay at Hutchinson Island. They
include bike riding,
swimming, fishing, sunbathing at the beach, shopping.
Ideal for fishing is the Fort Pierce South Jetty, which has some of Florida's best fishing. There
are boat rentals
available in the marina.
There are three major shopping malls located within 30 minutes of Ocean Village. They are the

The Treasure Coast Square- Route 1 in Jensen Beach
The Indian River Mall- Route 60 in Vero Beach
The Prime Outlet Mall- Vero Beach exit off of I-95 and Route 60.
Ocean Village is just 2 hours away from world-famous Disney World in Orlando. It is also just 2
hours away
from the many attractions located in Miami, Ft.Lauderdale or Palm Beach. The West Palm Beach
Airport is
located 65 minutes south of Hutchinson Island.

Full payment  must be received 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations/Refunds: Any cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival date will forfeit security deposit.
