Enjoy the AWESOME VIEWS over Lake Travis on one of the 2 decks attached to this 2004 Custom Home built by Silverton Builders. Our house is located a short walk to the lake and the Gnarly Gar restaurant. Camp King has everything you need for the lake. A beautifully decorated home with a plasma tv upstairs with Onkyo Stereo and a kids game room downstairs with game cube, DVD and tons of games. We even have a connection for your ipod through the stereo. There is even free WIFI throughout the house.
The kitchen is totally custom with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for creating that food network inspired meal. The master bedroom is upstairs with a beautiful view over the lake in the morning. There is a king size bed with 300 thread count cotten sheets with feather bed topper. The master bath has his & hers sinks and jacuzzi tub. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with a queen with feather bed topper and the other with 2 twins plus a full size fold out sofa. The deck has a dining table for 6 plus outdoor seating under the comfort of 3 ceiling fans for that Texas summer heat. There is also a downstairs patio with seating for another option to enjoy the hill country outdoors. It is the perfect location on the lake directly across from Lakeway. This house is perfect for a 2 family vacation or romantic getaway to the lake.

The house is fully stocked with everything you could ever need. There are 2 grills one gas and one charcoal. Point Venture has a jr. olympic swimming pool, workout facility, Golf, 4 lighted tennis courts and 2 unlighted courts. There is a neighborhood park with swings and grills to cook out by the lake. Point Venture also has one of the most fun restaurants on the lake The Gnarly Gar which features weekend entertainment Friday - Sunday evenings.
