Malibu condo is a 2,200 sq. ft. three bedroom ocean-front condo built in 2007. It has a maximum sleeping occupancy of six people. This fully furnished condo has everything you could want. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean, however the bathroom may be competing with the view. The bathroom seems to go on forever with a jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and an additional shower. There is a second large bedroom that also has a private bathroom attached. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a formal dining area, a game area, and a beautiful living room. The large tiled balcony is perfect for people watching or for making plans of your own on the beach, swimming pool, or hot tub below. There is gated reserved parking, and fully equipped club house with exercise equipment.
