O'Connor's Point Waterfront Resort in Indian Lake

This fabulous rental is located on the shores of Indian Lake at O’Conner’s Point.  Easy to get to by way of 33W you will lose yourself the moment you arrive.  Our home was built in 2004 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, large kitchen w/granite countertops, family room, laundry room, outdoor porch, and 50 ft. of waterfront property.  

The first floor features cherry/maple wood floors, 9' ceilings, two bedrooms, 2 baths, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, family room facing the lake with a wall of windows, 42" t.v, stereo speakers throughout the house and a gas fireplace.  Each bedroom on the first floor boasts a queen size bed and ceiling fan.  Second bedroom has a private walk-in shower with washer/dryer.  

Second floor features cathedral ceilings, loft bedroom and master bedroom with attached deluxe master bath.  Loft bedroom features twin size bunk beds, futon, walk out balcony, t.v., vhs player and ceiling fan.  Master bedroom features a king size bed, gas fireplace, walk out balcony and cathedral ceiling.  Attached master bath features marble floors, walk-in shower with seat, granite whirlpool tub, his and her granite top sinks and ceiling fan.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with cherry cabinets, an island with bar stools, granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, silverware, utensils and towels/washcloths. 

Property also includes a garage with front and back doors, mooring poles, deck chairs, beach chairs, corn hole, extra refrigerator and kayak.

The property is situated on a large no wake area perfect for swimming, kayaking or fishing right off of the dock.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets while grilling, playing corn hole and watching the kids catch fireflies in the spacious backyard.  

No pets or smoking allowed. 

Boat lift is NOT included in rental.

There is a boat dock at the end of the property, bring your own
boat/PWC or rent one. (boat lift is not included in rental)  Fishing (bring your own poles), swimming, boating, kayaking, corn hole and bicycling can all be enjoyed right on the property.  There is a bike path on the south side of the lake, nature paths and a public beach on the west side.  There are many small gift shops and unique stores around the lake for shopping.  McDonald's, The Donut Shop and Taco Bell can all be accessed from the water in downtown Russell's Point.  There are also several other fine restaurants accessible from water or by car.

2012 Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly check-in : 4pm

Weekly check-out: 12pm

$2,500 - for a 5 night stay May - September

$2,750 - for a 6 or 7 night stay May - September

$2,800 - 5 night min. during holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day Weekend). 

No 2-3 night stays are available.

$500 deposit and $65 cleaning fee required in addition to rental rate.  Deposit will be returned within 20 days of check-out provided property was left in acceptable condition.

Damage deposit due upon receipt of rental agreement to hold property.

Rental rate and cleaning fee due 10 days prior to arrival.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
