One house away from Hinckley Pond with deeded beach rights, and a short two minute walk to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The main level consists of a large Great Room with an attached newly updated galley kitchen and access to a large wrap around deck - perfect for summer cookouts. The Great Room has two couches, one of them a queen pullout. Down the hall is the large Master Bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom that was updated this past winter, and a washer & dryer.
Downstairs, there is a large family room with cable TV, video/dvd players, and an additional pullout couch. Also, the third bedroom and second full bathroom. Walk out access to the outside shower is also available here.

BASEBALL - Great NCAA collegiate action in the famous Cape Cod Baseball League. The Harwich and Brewster fields are within five miles.
Other Activities - Antiquing along beautiful Route 6A, sightseeing and hiking the trails of local towns and the Cape Cod National Seashore
