While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue. During the summer, this means we are "bike-in/bike-out" as the ski lift turns into a "bike lift" for lift-assisted mountain biking at Park City Mountain Resort. We are a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants and great shopping and have secure underground parking. FYI, the location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival as well as Park City summer activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. Additionally, we have unlimited complimentary shuttle service to/from any location in Park City / Deer Valley (during ski season). Implemented during the 2007 - 2008 season, 100% of our condo's electricity is supplied by clean, renewable, wind energy! It is an oversized 2 floor (nearly 2,200 square feet) luxury condo that has 3 bedroom suites (pillow-top king size beds in the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a pillow- top queen size bed in the bedroom on the first floor). Also, there is a pull out sleeper sofa (queen size with inner- spring mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2. The condo has a private 6-person hot tub on the lower balcony, steam shower on the first floor, gourmet kitchen (complete with a 12 bottle wine refrigerator, Calphalon pans, Henckels knives, Mikasa dishes, and more), fireplace, and executive office. The entertainment & technology amenities can't be beat including: * High definition (HD) 42" plasma flat screen TV in the living room * High definition (HD) LCD flat screen TV's in all bedrooms * Comcast On Demand DVR (digital video recorder) in the living room with premium digital cable line-up including 9 channels of HBO * Logitech iPod "sound docks" in ALL bedrooms, and Klipsch iPod "sound dock" with massive sub woofer in the living room * Pool table in the living room * iMac computer running OS X and iWork 08 (Pages, Number, and Keynote) with HP color printer/scanner/copier * High speed wireless Internet connection * DVD players in the living room and ALL bedrooms * Sony Playstation 2 * Small library of DVD movies Two of the bedroom suites are located on the condo's second floor which is great if you are bringing kids or others who are up really late/early and you want some peace and quiet or privacy while kids are downstairs in the living room or kitchen on the first floor. Both upstairs suites contain pillow-top king size beds, full bathrooms, flat screen HD LCD TVs, and DVD players. The "master" suite has a separate Jacuzzi jetted whirlpool tub and standalone oversized shower. The additional suite on the 2nd floor has a beautiful bathroom with combined tub and shower. Both upstairs suites have access to the upstairs balcony and have bathrooms done in Italian tumbled tile. The suite on the first floor has a pillow-top queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with steam shower done in gorgeous travertine tile and is fully enclosed with European styling frameless glass shower door. Utah taxes additional. *Contact us for LAST MINUTE SPECIALS for less than 2 weeks out & save up to 50%!* Housekeeping: $35 per day for daily housekeeping (provide fresh towels, empty the trash, make the beds, tidy the bathrooms, load the dishwasher, restock supplies, and correct any major messes) and a "mid week" clean is $70 (same as daily plus replace the bed linens and vacuum thoroughly).
