The Lodge in the Pike in Castle Rock

The most unique custom executive lodge nestled in the pine, fir and aspen of Pike National Forest.  4 level home complete with all the comforts of a luxury home.  2 beautiful bedrooms, both king beds.  1 loft with a king air and one bunk bed accessed by a unique cast iron spiral stair case.  Guest bedroom adjacent to a red wood bath complete with shower, bath and dry sauna.  Upper level consists of an office and sunroom for those quiet breakfasts overlooking the beautiful in-ground mountain pool.  Master bedroom consists of an elevated big screen HD TV, King bed, 2 person shower, cosmetic desk, fire place (pellet stove) and 3 person Hot Tub.  Downstairs is complemented by a beautiful formal dinning room, bar area and fully furnished kitchen.  Adjacent pantry has brand new top of the line washer/dryer and room for dry goods.  Formal living room hosts a fireplace and unique aspen sofa/loveseat.  The adjacent TV room consists of a large screen HD TV with surround sound and stereo CD player.  
The beauty of this home is its rustic, mountain lodge decor, picturesque windows that display the valleys and mountains nearby.  It's cedar siding both inside and out make this mountain chalet a gorgeous getaway for couples, parties and reunions.  The attached deck hosts several relaxing chairs/sofa for that glass of wine at evening sunset.  Walk along the unique mountain boardwalk to our exercise area compete with ab and aerobic machines.  Walk further to the beautiful gazebo with sitting area and bar.  Perfect for entertaining and dining.  Just above the gazebo lies the most unique in-ground pool and associated pool chairs and loungers.  Flowers abound nearby.  The pool is shared by guests in the adjacent cabin rental nearby.  A one of a kind home for a vacation to remember.  Hiking just out the door to one of the most beautiful National Forests the US has to offer.  Wildlife abound the nearby areas so bring your camera.  The Lodge in the Pike - your best bet in luxury and hospitality!

Note:  Due to the delicate adult decor of this exquisite home and the surrounding dangers that may be hazardous to younger guests, we have an age limit of 14 for children of The Lodge in the Pike.

Second Level:  Sunroom (Queen)

Third Level:  Loft (Queen, inflated), 4 bunk beds.

Baths: 2.5  Master has 2 person shower and 3 person Hot Tub, Guest bath: Dry sauna, shower and bathtub. 

TV/Entertainment: 2 HD big screens (1 stereo surround), Satellite (HBO), CD, Games

Laundry: Large capacity washer/drying in the pantry adjacetn to kitchen

Pool: Unique in ground pool in backyard (solar heated)

Kitchen/Bar: Perfect for entertaining.  Completely outfitted with all the modern appliances: Dishwasher, Refridgerator, Microwave, Oven, every appliance imaginable.

Gazebo/Bar:  Located out on the picuresque deck.  Perfect for entertaining or a quiet glass of wine for sunset.

3 Car Garage:  Note:  this garage is located atop a steep dirt road and has very limited maneuvering space. 

Hiking:  This property borders the Pike National Forest:  The hiking is incredible

ATV/MotorCross:  Some of the finest off road riding is just 4 miles up the canyon.

South Platte River:  Just 8 miles up the canyon!!

Denver/Colorado Springs attractions: Air Force Academy (40 mins), Garden of the Gods (50 mins), Six Flags at Elitches (50 mins), Pikes Peak (1hr), White Water rafting at the Royal Gorge (1.5 hours), Boulder (1.5 hours)... the list goes on and on...

We are a seasonal rental from mid-May to mid-October.  We do not have special or discounted rates.  Rental Procedure:

Send an inquiry or email to request your specific dates (Please check our availability calendar).  We will then email you the rental agreement.  Please email back a filled out electronic copy.  This will temporarily reserve your dates.  Then Mail/UPS/FedEx the signed original with an enclosed security deposit of $500.  Upon receipt, your dates will be locked in. Rental Fee due on arrival day.  The Security Deposit becomes your Damage/Excessive Cleaning deposit on Arrival day.  The deposit is normally refunded within on week of departure.
