ample deck furniture. Two cable TVs with HBO, 2 DVD players, new stove.
Stacked washer and dryer in guest bath. Wireless internet available in building at $1-$2 per day.
Sorry, no smoking. $250 security deposit to hold dates; payment due
30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of reserved period,
unless owner is able to rebook unit.
