This top-floor penthouse condo with oversized 70-foot balcony is one of the most comfortable and spacious units on the beach. On the fourth floor, it faces the ocean and has great views in three directions. More private than most, it shares only one wall with another unit. Elevator in the building, which is north of Daytona Beach, south of St Augustine, just six miles from I-95 and bordered by two state parks. Condo sleeps up to six and has two living room areas and washer/dryer in unit. Come visit!

second bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living room. All kitchen appliances, utensils,
place settings, linens and towels supplied. Great ocean views through
4 large sliding glass doors, plus private rooftop patio with 12 chairs and
ample deck furniture. Two cable TVs with HBO, 2 DVD players.
Stacked washer and dryer in guest bath. Wireless internet available in building at $1-$2 per day.
Sorry, no smoking. $250 security deposit to hold dates; payment due
30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of reserved period,
unless owner is able to rebook unit.
