Maximum occupancy is 10 per HOA regulations.  All monies will be forfeited and tenants asked to leave if  maximum occupancy is violated.

Security deposit required when signing of lease.

$250 refundable damage deposit or opt to take insurance on vacationrentals.com website with amount due with last payment. Insurance rates $39-$59.

Nighly rentals are responsible for cleaning or have the option for cleaning to be done for a fee.

No Linens provided be can be rented  through linen service.
