One of our favorites in all of Breckenridge--this townhome is not only ultra fresh and comfortable with its own private hot tub, but you are tucked between three ski lifts. Yes, you`re a little spoiled when you stay here.

The Snowflake ski lift is only 50 feet from the townhome. The Beaver Run chair is only one block away and the Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9 is only two blocks away. Perfect! Main St. conveniently located just three blocks from the townhome allowing those frequenting Breckenridge in the summer or winter to enjoy restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. The Summit Stage bus stop is only 25 yards from the front of the home for those that would like to venture a little further. The location is truly remarkable.

The home itself will leave you wanting for nothing. Every little touch has been provided to allow you all the comforts of home. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share the space on the main level providing the perfect place for family and friend gatherings. A large sectional surrounds the fireplace and armoire housing a flat screen TV and DVD player. A stereo is also provided for your enjoyment. Games anyone? We also provide board games, books, puzzles, and of course FREE wireless internet access. A private deck with BBQ grill jets off of the dining room--perfect for summer barbeques.

The upper level or our home includes another gathering area with a large loft overlooking the family room. Ultra cozy, it has two upholstered chairs and sofa. Also on this level is the master suite with private deck, TV and DVD player, and private master bathroom. The bathroom is laid out beautifully with the double vanity area separate from the shower and jacuzzi tub. After a day on the slopes--you`ll relish our large jacuzzi tub.

On the lower level of the home are a guest queen suite and twin room. Our guest suite has an armoire with private TV and DVD player and also has a deck housing our private hot tub. The tub is fantastic--privately tucked away and completely covered overhead, you and your guests can enjoy a nice soak anytime.

The twin room has two twin beds and a private TV. It is very cozy indeed.

Also in the home you have your own private washer and dryer.
