beach and pool. It is a NO Smoking Property. Private parking is
provided in front of the building's entrance. Sea Belle has
beautiful views of Simpson Bay, the beach and pool.

Sea Belle is located on a two-mile magnificent stretch of white sand
and swimmable beach. Sea Belle has all the amenities of a luxury
hotel--maid service, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped
kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, comfy king bed, king
pillows,colorful linens/towels, LCD TVs/DVDs in the bedroom & living
room, comfy chaise lounges, outside dining table that seats 4,two
ocean floats, computer with Internet access and Vonage phone service
with unlimited calls to the US.

With the exception of the two Capitals of Marigot and Philipsburg,
Simpson Bay is probably the most prominent area on St. Maarten for
Resorts, Restaurants, Activities, Marinas, Banking,and Business.
In the Simpson Bay Yacht Club, you'll find these restaurants:
Jimbo's, Valentino's, Saratoga, Zee Best, Tutta Pasta and Top Carrot

Payment: Personal check or credit card through Pay Pal (add 4% credit card bank fee).  A Pay Pal account is not required.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancelled 60 days before arrival date. After this date, refund will be returned if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, a pro-rated refund will be
made.
