Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancelled 60 days before arrival date. After this date, refund will be returned if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, a pro-rated refund will be made, or apply entire deposit to a future rental date.
