bedroom luxury villa in the complex, La Siesta Residence, which is a small private, 13-unit resort, 
comprised of two buildings that share an oceanfront pool.
  
Sea Belle is one of 10 units in building A with direct access to the beach and pool.  Private 
parking is provided in front of the property.  Sea Belle has beautiful views of Simpson Bay, the 
beach and pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sea Belle is located on a two-mile magnificent stretch of white sand and swimmable beach.  Sea Belle 
has all the amenities of a luxury hotel--maid service, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully 
equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, comfy king bed, king pillows,colorful 
linens/towels, LCD TVs/DVDs in the bedroom & living room, comfy chaise lounges, outside dining table 
that seats 4,two ocean floats, computer with Internet access and Vonage phone service with unlimited 
calls to the US.

Activities and Attractions

Simpson Bay, St. Maarten: Located on the Main Road and bordered by 
the Lagoon on one side and the Caribbean on the other is Simpson 
Bay. With the exception of the two Capitals of Marigot and 
Philipsburg, Simpson Bay is probably the most prominent area on St. 
Maarten  for Resorts, Restaurants, Activities, Marinas, Banking, and 
Business. 
In the Simpson Bay Yacht Club, you’ll find these restaurants:  
Jimbo’s, Valentino’s, Saratoga, Zee Best, Tutta Pasta and Top Carrot 
Vegetarian.  Just down the road in either direction will be the 
popular Pineapple Pete’s, Toppers, Skipjack’s, Halsey’s, Lee’s, The 
Boat House and three Steak Houses.
Also in Simpson Bay are the Rhino Ride Safaris, Dive Shops and 
Excursions, Aquamania with its well known Catamarans Lambada and 
Tango, its Dive Operation and its High Speed Ferries Edge I and II 
taking you to St. Barths and Saba. Simpson Bay also has the islands 
only Miniature Golf Course, Four Casinos and Caribbean Cinema’s 
Megaplex with 7 theaters.

-25% deposit due within 7 days to hold reservation; balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Payment: Personal check or credit cards through PAYPAL

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund of deposit if cancelled 60 days 
before arrival date.  After this date, refund will be returned if 
the property is rebooked for the period of the booking.  If a 
portion of the rental time is rebooked, a pro-rated refund will be 
made.
