Located 35 feet from the surf on the sunny south shore, our completely renovated Poipu vacation rentals offers vacationers the best ocean views in all of Kauai.   Vacationer's can see miles of beautiful coastline, crashing waves, distant ocean rainbows, breaching whales, turtles, boogie boarding, great surfing action, and tropical evening sunsets; all while "sitting" in our Poipu vacation rental. 

The kitchen in our Poipu rental is fully furnished and features granite slab counter tops, new top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven, microwave, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. 

The living room has all new furniture, new flooring, new art work, new lighting, new wainscoting & crown molding, a new high definition flat panel LCD television, new stereo system, and much more.   

Both bedrooms in our Poipui condo have brand new Tommy Bahama style king and queen beds with super comfortable pillow top mattresses.  The dressers and night stands are also from Tommy Bahama. New vinyl shutters are on the windows.  The trade winds on Kauai blow directly into both bedrooms.  Not many condos in Kauai stay as cool during warm weather as our beachfront rental in Poipu. All bedrooms have high quality ceiling fans and floor fans. 

If you plan to surf, swim, snorkel, boogie board, or scuba dive during your vacation in Kauai, we have the best location on Kauai.  Vacationer's can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, or scuba dive right out our back door.

Rates vary between $300  & $350 nightly, plus 13.42% tax, and $125 cleaning.  All rents must be paid in full sixty days (60) prior to arrival.  A fully refundable security deposit of $250 is required to hold your dates in our Kauai condo rental.  Once you have made full payment, refunds (100%) will be given only "if" your dates are booked to another party.  If you aren't sure that you will be able to travel when the time comes, you should consider travel insurance. It is relative cheap.
