This is your ultimate vacation destination for accommodating large groups of friends and family:  It can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.  There is a private master bedroom on the second floor with a king bed, en suite bath featuring his and her sinks, a tempered glass and marble shower, toilet and bidet.  This unique upstairs master bedroom offers the added convenience of a mini-kitchen, including a ceramic stovetop, mini fridge, sink and microwave, making it ideal for groups with multiple couples or families with small children.
The downstairs master bedroom features a King size Temper-Pedic bed, 47" plasma, a comfortable micro-suede couch that converts to a sleeper, an enormous walk in closet and en suite bathroom featuring his and her sinks, tempered glass shower, toilet and bidet,  Jacuzzi and TV! 3 other bedrooms downstairs include a queen size bed, and two rooms with King sized mattresses.  Any room can be converted to accommodate twin beds upon request.  All rooms have TV and remotes for your complete comfort and privacy.

The custom kitchen is fully stocked featuring granite and stainless steel appliances throughout; the open concept is built for entertaining!  Oversized French doors open from the kitchen directly to the secluded patio with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone.  There is high-speed WIFI and cable throughout the home.  Every bedroom has its own television, and both master bedrooms feature 47" LCD's.  There are 4 King beds available in the home, and one queen, or we can fit two twin mattresses in each room upon request. 
The living room features a 7" billiard table, couches, entertainment unit including DVD and stereo player.  There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board as well as a sink. The linen and walk in closets offer lots of extra beach and bath towels as well as extra linens.  Come and enjoy an afternoon barbeque by the pool, relax in the spa, or cool down and opt for a game of billiards or some TV in the air conditioning. 

Poinciana Park is situated in the heart of historic Fort Lauderdale where the entertainment is unlimited .  Fort Lauderdale is geared to please tourists, and its vast offerings of activities, fine and casual dining and live music events are second to none in South Florida! Its fishing pier reaching out into the Atlantic is open to the public and catching your own fish to prepare and BBQ on in your private backyard is a culinary memory you won't forget! 

Located just minutes to Hard Rock Casino, which boasts 24hr entertainment and an elite club district, it's up to you when you want to come home.  Grocery, pharmacy and shopping are all conveniently located within 2 miles of the property, and the beach is less than 5 miles away.   
Its proximity to the beach as well as the world famous Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood with Black-Jack, Poker and 24 hr/7 days a week gambling and dancing action plus Las Olas Boulevard  for dining, bar hopping and shopping plus the nearby Boardwalk makes this an ideal vacation home for a group with many interests and activities in mind. The Ft. Lauderdale airport is conveniently located 7 minutes from the property, West Palm Beach airport approximately 40 minutes north, and Miami Int'l 40 minutes south.

The Board Walk in Hollywood is also close by and features a 2 mile long stretch of shopping and dining directly on the beach.  Take advantage of the fresh seafood menus for lunch or dinner.  Join in on a volley ball game, rent bicycle carriages, go parasailing, jet skiing, or simply relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
