Toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, dishes, silverware, glasses, all cooking utensils, and
pots and pans. A utility room with washer and dryer.
The home is tiled throughout, except for the bedrooms which are carpeted.
Each bedroom has a TV, with one in the Living Room. A DVD, Stereo and VCR is
available for your enjoyment.
Towels, linens, beach towels, etc are sanitized for your use.  There  is wireless internet and a gas grill.

If you don't have a boat, one can be rented at a nearby marina. A fuel dock is available on
the next canal. The home is centrally located, just 6 1/2 miles from Ft Myers Beach, 7 miles
from Sanibel, and close to movies, shopping, restaurants, Boston Red Sox and Minnesota
Twins Spring Training ball parks. Fishing is available in the canal from the dock or by boat.
