It has one full and one half bathroom. The house features an attached cabana with an outdoor enclosed shower and 2 changing rooms.

The perfect setting for your vacation. It is a home to relax, unwind and enjoy peace and serenity in a picturesque setting. A wraparound porch has a scenic view of Onset bay. Only a few steps to a magnificent, quiet, sandy beach with the calm, warm ocean water of Onset Bay. A very short walk to Onset Village shopping and restaurants.

All this is approximately an hour from Boston's or Providence RI's airports. And, because it is before the Cape Cod bridges, you can avoid the legendary summer Cape Cod bridge traffic too!

No smoking of any kind, no large parties, no pets of any kind. Changeover is Saturday at noon sharp.

Onset Village is a quaint and lively village with lots of interesting shops and great restaurants for coffee, lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert. You can google "Onset Village" to see the Village's interesting web site and get more information on this ideal summer community.

Available for 6 weeks from July 17 to August 28, 2010. A $500 security deposit is required at the time of rental, to be returned if there is no damage or loss of property to the house caused by the renter.
