Only need accommodations for a few people, check out this awesome unit tucked away in the heart of Mission Bay. It is just 100 ft off the ocean, and features a beautiful kitchen and great location. The unit is on the ground floor, is fully furnished, and comes with one parking space. There is a queen size bed and a futon-sleeper in the living room. Small patio with charcoal barbeque.

You can stroll to the resort Hotel Catamaran where you can catch a ride on the Bahia Bell, a Paddle Wheeler boat which goes between 2 hotels while offering live entertainment and scenic views from the decks.

Off peak (May-June): $970/week

Deposit is $300.00 (reservation and security) in U.S. dollars.
During Spring season (May-June 30th, 2012) there is a 4-night minimum, call for details.

Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all but $50 returned.
Cancellation: 60-30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all but $150 returned.
