Vacation Rental Description

The SeaHouse..... Great rental, great area, super beach access!

The historical community of Inlet Beach has lain quietly by the Gulf
for well over 50 years.  The winds and sand dunes have witnessed the
creation of softly gnarled trees as witnessed in the yard of the
SEAHOUSE.  A sense of peace prevails today.

Recent years have added glamorous sister neighborhoods like Rosemary,
Seacrest and Alys Beach, each as unique and worldly as in the same
sense of description, Inlet Beach is charming and naive.

But a little magic happened and we all interlaced along the beaches to
form points of interests from the simple to the sublime that seems to
bring out the beach person in everyone. There is a sense of relaxed
enjoyment that you feel in the air and hear in the laughter and quiet
voices of people strolling by.  Throw in the sea breezes that skim
your face with that wonderful ocean smell,,,,ah!, pure bliss.

"Beachside, south of Hwy 30A" has become a famous description for
property along the Florida coast and Inlet Beach is the gateway on the
eastern end.  The SEAHOUSE is about 300 feet from the beautiful Gulf
and about the same distance to our first sister beach neighborhood of
Rosemary.  Miles of paved walking and biking paths are also within the
same distance, and they all reflect the beauty of the area, with
little places to eat, or have a cup of coffee or glass of wine with
friends. Everything you would want to do is so close by.  Attention
golfers,,,heaven.

The SEAHOUSE is a Bahama/Florida style cottage complete with screened
porch that feels like a seaside treehouse.  Surrounded with palms,
a sprinkle of flowers and a yard that you can actually have a cookout,
play with the kids or just sit in the shade to read, makes it
wonderfully beachy...and best of all cool, clean and serene. 

Strolling to our private community beach access will take about 2
minutes, less if chasing children to the blue waters!

We request our guests be at least 25 years of age or older (excluding
children of course).  If we don't have an opening that you need, we
will cheerfully try to suggest something close by in this sought after
area.

WINTER  *(11/01/08 - 02/29/09)............*Wkly $895.00....Daily $130.00
SPRING **(03/01/08 - 05/24/08)...........**Wkly $1100.00...Daily $160.00
SUMMER  (05/24/08 - Labor Day Week)....... Wkly $1595.00...Daily $260.00
Add 11% to all rates...... 4 nights or less, add $150.00 cleaning service
*Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's....Same as Fall rates
**Spring Breaks. (March & April)........... Same as Summer rates
