Columbus Weekend Special $525.00/3nites in Charlestown

Lots of light and space in this beautifully maintained comtemporary
home. Crow's nest looks over Ninigret Pond, Charlestown Beach and
Block Island. Three bedrooms, two baths, living room, sitting area
with pull-out couch. Comfortably sleeps eight. Nicely equiped kitchen
with breakfast bar, screened in porch right off kitchen. Large deck
for sunbathing or entertaining. This property is located on a very
private one acre sight. The rental unit consists of the second and
third floors of the home. The first floor has an apartment that we
use mostly on weekends and occasionally during the week. The set up is
very private - there are two private yards and two seperate driveways
from different streets. We have been renting this way for years and
respect our tenants right to their privacy and total enjoyment of their vacation time. We have many repeat renters, so it seems to work out very well for everyone. Per local custom, guests provide their own linens and towels. No pets allowed, please. House is located at 273 North Niantic Drive. We are in Rhode Island most weekends, even off season, and are happy to show you the interior if you are in the area. We do not rent to clients under twenty-five who
are not related by familial status. We do not rent to students.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT GUESTS IS 8 - STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Outside shower, gas grill, large deck with picnic table, lounge
chairs, etc. Large screened in porch with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes, pots, and pans. Two full
baths. Two bedrooms have full beds, one has twin beds, and queen
size pull-out sofa in upper sitting area. Television, cable, phone, high speed internet,
washer, dryer, dvd/vcr player all included. Beach pass included in
rental with access to Charlestown Beach and East Beach-Blue Shutters
parking.

Let the fun begin! So many great activities starting with beautiful
Ninigret Pond - kayaking, fishing, clamming, crabbing, sunbathing.
Swim in the surf at Charlestown or East Beach. Trips to Block
Island, Newport, local wineries, Watch Hill, Mystic Seaport and
Aquarium are at your finger tips. Galleries and theatres scattered
nearby. Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casinos are just a short drive away.

Month of May - $700 per week
June 6 through June 20 - $900.00 per week
June 20- June 27 - $1,200 per week
June 27 - July 4 - $1500.00 per week, July 4 - August 22 - special discount for week of August 15-22 $1700 per week
August 22 - August 29 - discounted down from $1950 to $1600 for that week-special discount deal, or stay an extra night for eight nights and a full weekend with late check-out time on Sunday the 30th for $1900.00 - this gives you an extra night free and a $50.00 discount!!
August 29 - September 5 - $1,300 per week
September 5 through September 12 - $900.00 per week
September 12 through October $750.00 per week
Holiday weekend specials $525.00 three night minimum for Columbus Day Weekend!!!
Off season rates also available and some weekend and mid-week specials
available September and October, May and June. Three night minimum,
$475.00 for three nights. For summer 2008 bookings - 50% of rental
fee for initial deposit. There is a$500.00 security deposit and a
$100.00 cleaning fee. Balance, security deposit and cleaning fee due
60 days prior to check-in date. We do not rent to students or
unrelated parties under 25 years of age. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT
GUESTS IS EIGHT - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
