The location is in a great area (mid-town), close to convention center, restaurants, shopping and the night life (such as the famous Secrets Bar, only 2 blocks away). It's Perfect for a small family, couple or friends. The unit is priced right!

• Renter must be the person on premises and provide a copy State Issued Lisence with payment. .
• Check in time is 2:00 P.M. and check out is 11:00 A.M.

2013 Rental Rates:

We do offer seanal rates and year round rates upon request.Email us with your request. The place is already furnished! Best time to inquire for the seasonal and yaear round rates are in December.

We can accept any booking up to 5 days prior to check in date.

Payment Options:

• We accept Cashier Check - Certified Check - Money Order if booked 30 days prior to check in date.
• We accept only  Visa - MasterCard - Discover through Pay Pal if booking within 30 days of check in date. 
•  Any transaction fees associated with  the use of Pay Pal will be your responsibility to pay.

Payment / Deposit Due Dates:

• A minimu, of $150.00 Deposit is due at the time of booking with us.
• All remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to check in date.
• Full Payment is required if booking within 30 days of check in date.

Other Additional Fees:

• Administrative Processing Fee of $60.00.
• Keys and Temporary Parking Permit Deposit of $30.00.

Refund Policies:

• There is no refund if you cancel for any reason,
• If we cancel your vacation for any reason, we will refund you the full amount.

Summer Season Rates: (We prefer Saturday to Saturday but are flexible)

April = $75.00 per night.
May = $100.00 per night.
June = $115.00 per night.
July & August = $130.00 per night.
September = $85.00 per night.

Special Off Season Rates:
October, November, December, January, February and March

• $60.00 per night + one time charge of $50.00 + 30.00 (key deposit).
• $45.00 per night if 4 or more nights + one time charge of $50.00 + $30.00 ( key deposi).

Summer Monthly Rate: August

• $3,400.00 (Includes all basic cable and utilities)
• Requires a $500.00 refundable deposit
• Must be 21 years or older.
