Summer Sands (on the beach) - Aug 17-24 Still Open! in Wildwood Crest

Stay right on the beach in this affordable condo at the #1 Family Beach in NJ.  Unit #400 is a fourth floor unit with great ocean view.  This is an end unit with semi-private balcony, one Bedroom and one Bath.  Sleeps six.  Bedroom offers 2 full size beds.  Queen size sleeper sofa in Living Room.  Kitchen is well equipped.  There are two Cable TVs, DVD, VCR and available WiFi.  Unit has air conditioning, heating and two ceiling fans.  Unit is well maintained and kept very clean!

Kitchen includes two-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.  Additional dining chairs in closet, table seats six.  Blankets, bedspreads and pillows provided.  Vacuum and broom provided.  Note: Tenants need to provide their own linens and towels. 

Minimum stay is 7 nights during prime season (Sat to Sat only), 3 nights all other times.

Maximum occupancy is 6.

Rentals only to families with an adult 25 years of age or older.

Check-in time is 3-6 pm, Check-out time is no later than 10 am.

Smoking and pets are not permitted inside unit.

To make reservation, 50% down payment is required with a signed lease agreement.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  A $200 security deposit is also required, which is refundable.

Summer Sands is a beachfront community with two heated pools, five sun decks, outdoor shower, six barbeque grills, bike racks, elevator and is just steps to the Beach!  On-site property management.  Coin operated washers and dryers.  Assigned off-street parking for one car.  Additional parking on street.  WiFi is available at a nomimal cost.

The #1 attraction is the very large, beautiful white-sand beach.  Just 1.5 miles away is the world famous Boardwalk with three amusement piers, water parks, arcades, eateries, and fun for all.  Just 8 miles away is the historic year-round resort town of Cape May and 45 miles away is Atlantic City.  Trolley cars run frequently to provide transportation around the island.  Activities available are sightseeing, bird watching, whale watching, jet skiing, parasailing, boating, fishing, crabbing, bike riding, go-karting, miniature golf, tennis, softball and shopping just to name a few. There are many places to dine out and to enjoy the exciting nightlife in the Wildwoods.
