The main level of the house is up one flight of stairs above the garage which helps enhance the ocean view. The living room has ocean views, a cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace, a 42 LCD television with DVD player and cable, and opens up to a large deck overlooking the Pacific. You can leave the patio door open while you're inside so you can hear the waves hit the beach. The kitchen & dining area are open to the living room so you can enjoy the views while you cook and eat. Please note that the dining table seats 5.
The nook at the top of the stairs has a comfortable loveseat and is the perfect place to take a nap in the sun or watch the waves hit the beach. With two queen beds, a set of bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, this home can comfortable sleep 8. While internet is not provided, a strong signal is generally available from neighboring homes or you can go to the Big Mountain Coffee Company next to the Thriftway less than 1/4 mile away. It is conveniently located 1 block from the ocean.
The home has all new furnishings and the kitchen and bathroom were completely remodeled.
