by Credit Card or $1,000 if reservation is paid for by check.

days prior to arrival receive full refund, less non-refundable $600 deposit.  Cancellations made within 45 to 89 days of arrival receive 50% refund less non-refundable $600 deposit.  No cancellations allowed within 45 days of arrival.

For rentals of more than two (2) weeks- Cancellations made over 120
days prior to arrival receive full refund less non-refundable $600 deposit. Cancellations made within 61 to 120 days of arrival receive 50% refund less non-refundable $600 deposit.   No cancellations allowed within 60 days of arrival.
