Vacation Rental Description

	This home is all brand new and is the finest rental on the lake. Four large bedrooms 
upstairs with one huge bathroom with gigantic walk in shower, and separate toilette area with door. 
Bedroom #1 has King size bed and three large closets and dresser with 6 drawers and 3 windows, one 
overlooking lake. Bedroom #2 has queen bed and one large closet, 3 windows and overlooks the lake. 
Bedroom# 3 has two bunk-beds with a trundle pull out and sleeps 5 easy. One large closet and two 
windows. Bedroom #4 has fold out sofa bed that is a queen+ size. This pull out is a tiffany system 
and simply the best there is. No bars and is every bit as comfortable as a normal mattress. This 
bedroom is set up as a study or reading room and has French doors (great to get some privacy if you 
need to do a little work on your vacation).
	 Downstairs is another full bath with large tile walk in shower. Very open floor plan with 
enormous kitchen with bar-island area that easily seats five. Wolf master chefs range and oven, 
large Sub-Zero refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, and two sinks etc.
	Plasma TV entertainment center and great furniture and dining  table that sits 8 or more.
         	Rear deck is 30x16 and can be covered with a power awning that is 26x14. This allows you to 
control the amount of sun you want and adds protection an a light rainy day. Deck has furniture with 
cushions and five burner gas grill. Best views on the lake from this deck.

Gun Lake is a 2700 acre sport lake with thousands of state owned land within minutes. Nature walks 
to the Devil Soup Bowl are a blast. Plenty of restaurants and you can take a boat ride to dinner at 
Bay Point Restaurant or order pizza from several locations. Plenty to do. Google Gun Lake for more 
info. Three golf courses and horseback riding within minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Saturday to Saturday one week $2500. Call for multi-week discount.
$750 dollar security Deposit upon reservation. $250 cancellation fee 
if canceled with less than 30 days notice, $500 dollar cancellation fee if canceled with less than 
15 days notice, $750 dollar cancellation fee if canceled with less than 7 days notice. Full deposit 
returned upon inspection of home on Saturday checkout.
