This wonderful styled layout of our Tennis Village Condo is close to every Sunriver activity.  Walk to the Village Mall -  Sunriver Lodge - Meadow Golf Course - South Swimming Pool & Sage Spring Spa Club. Our home is associated with the Sunriver Lodge, which means you can enjoy all it has to offer. Golfing at Sunriver's private Crosswater Golf Course to the facilities of Sage Spring Club Spa, plus much more.  (see below for all the Lodge benefits) This Condo is not part of a large hi-rise complex.  They are a 4 unit buildings situated around the Sage Spring Spa Club and ours looks out on large common area, which makes it very private and quiet.

The home features 2 bedroom 2 baths with a loft & it's own private sauna.  On the main floor are the living room, dining area, kitchen & master bedroom.  The living room has a vaulted ceiling & large windows which brings in lots of natural light.  There is a lava rock fireplace (wood provided) for those chilly nights or turn on the air conditioning for those hot afternoons.  There is also a 37" Flat Screen TV along with a DVD.  We even have wireless internet.  The deck is off the living room which looks out over a common area & has seating and a gas BBQ. The dining room has seating for 6 with 3 more at the bar.  The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to fix a gourmet meal.  The master bedroom is also on the main floor, which has a king size bed, its own bath along with a 2nd vanity, along with a TV & VCR.  It also has access to its own deck which looks out over a large common area for those relaxing mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

The 2nd level has the loft with a day bed (2 twins), foosball table, TV & DVD. The laundry area is off the loft.  The 2nd bedroom is off the loft which has 2 queen size beds along with a TV & VCR.  You can access bathroom #2 from either the loft or the 2nd bedroom.  Off this bathroom is a private sauna which has room for 4 to relax in.

This means you get discounts at both Sunriver Golf Courses & Golfing privileges at Crosswater.  Along with discounts at the Marina, Sunriver Stables, & Sunriver Bike Shop.  You also can enjoy the facilities of the Sage Spring Spa Club, which provides indoor tennis, weight room & aerobics, lap pool, hot tub, and the Spa Services.  You can also use the Lodge Condo's Pool & Hot Tub along with Sunriver's two other pools which includes the new Sunriver SHARC Aquatic Recreation Center.
