We have seen a Bald Eagle flying across the lake, Egrets and Ibis, Herons, Cranes, and even the endangered Red-Cockaded Wood Pecker. In the Fall, we are visited by two magnificent White Pelicans every year.

  • Ceiling fans in every room
  • Also available upon request is a port-a-crib and a baby gate

Comfortably sleeps 10 in beds! Plus, convertible bed(s) Can sleep up to 12!!

The Kitchen comes equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a   dishwasher, gas cooktop stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker and blender! It also has a wonderful breakfast bar which will seat 4 to 6 people! 

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, fireplace, a wet bar and refrigerator.  There is cable TV and a DVD with a varity of movies.  However, feel free to bring your own!  There are games, puzzles and an entire toy box for the little ones!

Outdoors you are furnished with 2 BBQ pits, a gas grill and a large fire pit.  The fire pit is wonderful for those of you who choose those cool wintery evenings.  The boat dock has a large upper deck which is great for sun bathing and in the evening to have dinner, drinks or just sit under the stars.  There are 2 boat slips.  You can either bring your own boat, if not just 5 minutes away you can rent your very own boat.  Actually, you never have to leave by car again once you arrive.  Everything is available by boat.  You are literally minutes from Sam's Boat, Pappa's, County Line an entire shopping strip, CVS and much more all with boat docking!!!

Lake Conroe has many restaurants you can reach by boat.  Just 5 minutes from the house you can boat to Sam's Boat, Pappa's, County Line BBQ,  5 Guys Burgers and Fries, Wolfies, Elderado Jack's, I-Hop, Subway, Marble Slab and many more!

There are boat & jet rentals available.  Fishing is always Popping in Lake Conroe where you have many of the best Fishing Guides available!

For the Bird Watchers, there isn't a better place on the lake!

If you like Golf, there are many local courses.

Antiquing is always a hit and just 8 miles away in the city of Montgomery.  Stroll the streets and enjoy memories of the past.

If you are looking for live entertainment and a dinner cruise, then head for the Southern Empress Paddle Wheeler.

There is excitement and adventure to be found at the Sam Houston National Forest.  You can fish, go boating, hiking or just taking photos of the various types of wildlife.  The Sam Houston National Forest surrounds the north end of Lake Conroe.  For those who love hiking located in the Sam Houston National Forest is The Lone Star Hiking Trail.  You will be able to enjoy over 127 miles of overland hiking trails.

If it is shopping, you have the Woodlands Mall, the Lake Conroe Outlet Center!
