Vacation Rental Description

Pristine and immaculate this newer home offers you spacious, multi-level living, decks, screen porch,  
and large, private yard.  Just a few doors down from Ninigret Pond and less than one mile from  
Charlestown Beach.  The home comfortably sleeps six with three bedrooms, one full size bed, one queen  
size bed and two twins. We can also supply a fold-away single bed if you need it to sleep a 7th  
guest, upon request. There are two full baths, one with a relaxing whirlpool and shower.  A large  
country kitchen boasts a grand table with seating for eight to handle a crowd, as well as a breakfast  
bar for extra seating.  The eating area opnes up into a lovley living room, complete with a masonry  
fireplace. The third level, or the "honeymoon loft"  offers extra privacy, with a quiet sitting area,  
wet bar and fridge. There are two over-stuffed chairs with a hassock that sit kitty-corner to an  
additional televison.  This set-up is perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing  
glass of wine to end your day.  There is also a private deck off this area. A beach Pass for  
Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters at East Beach included with the rental.  Per local custom, guests  
provide their own linens and towels. Smoking is permitted in the screen porch and outdoors only.  
Sorry, no pets allowed, no student rentals, we do not rent to unrelated parties under twenty five.   
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT GUEST IS 7.  STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO SEPTIC AND WELL.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cathedral ceilings, multi-level decks, light and airy decore, living  
room, screen porch off dining area, large gourmet kitchen, outdoor  
shower, two television sets, seperate bonus sitting room with wet bar  
and refrigerator.  Cable TV VCR/DVD player, high speed internet, stereo and central  
speaker system with multi-controls.  Microwave, dishwasher, large  
refrigerator/freezer, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer.  Outside  
shower, Gas grill.

Activities and Attractions

Fun everywhere you look!  The beach is beautiful, Ninigret Pond is a  
treasure with sandbars, clamming, kayaking, etc.  Some of the best  
salt water fishing around. Park at Charlestown Beach paking lot and launch your kayak for a day of  
fun on the salt pond.  Few places offer the beach and pond access.   Many nearby attractions  
including Wineries, Museums, Theaters, Galleries, Watch Hill, Historic  
Stonington, Mystic Seaport, Newport, Block Island and more.  Mohegan  
Sun and Foxwoods are a short drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Special Rates June 7 - 21  $1400.00 per week 
June 21 - 28 $1600.00 per week 
June 28 - July 5  $2,000.00 per week and Aug. 23 - Sept. 6,  $1850.00 per week 
July 5 - Aug. 23,  $2575.00 per week 
Off season weekly rentals also available May to June 7 and September  
6 through October $1250.00 per week. 
Labor Day Weekend $850.00 for three nights 
Columbus and Memorial Day weekend  $700.00 for three nights 
Weekends and mid week rentals also available mid-September,through mid-June - $200.00 per night,  
three night minimum. 
Security Deposit ($500.00) and Cleaning fee ($100.00) required. 
Sorry - no pets. Reservations cannot be guaranteed until initial  
deposit is received. For 2008 rentals - 1/2 rental amount is due with  
lease agreement.  Balance or rent, security deposit and cleaning fee  
ia due 60 days prior to check-in.  Maximum number of overnight guests  
is seven - strictly enforced.  Check in time is 2:00 p.m.  Check out  
time is 9:00 a.m.
