Everyone has their own private space with a bathroom for each bedroom.  Play games or watch a dvd in the open living room with sleeper sofa.  Amazing 180 degree lake views from walls of windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen.  To get even closer to nature, sit in the covered outdoor patio to feel the breezes and listen to the waves lapping the shore.  Contemporary modern decor and original artwork make this a one of a kind stay.

Comfortable bedrooms for all:

This 2 BR/BA lakefront condo can sleep up to 6+.  Guests rave about our pillowtop mattresses and soft high thread count linens!  Many even ask where they can buy their own just like it!  A TV for each bedroom, of course, as well as a dresser and closet. Each condo has one master suite with a king bed and one queen master suite.  The living areas have a queen sofa sleeper.  One pack n play per condo is also available for little ones.

Fully equipped kitchens:

Cooking a meal from scratch with your fresh catch will be a treat with the fantastic lake views and luxurious stainless appliances and granite counters.  Even better, use the grill on the walk out patio.  We’ve provided everything you need, even table service and food storage for leftovers!  Each kitchen has full size appliances and is fully equipped with all the small appliances and tools you need for any meal, such as: toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and more.  The elegant dining area is sided on two sides by large windows with views of the lake and open to the kitchen and living room on the others.  There is more seating at the breakfast bar at the granite counter with several stools and a table in the outdoor area as well.

Luxury bathrooms:

Granite and tile surround you in the spacious bathroom, the perfect place to start and end your day.  There are 2 bathrooms, one attached to each private bedroom.  The king master bedroom has a double whirlpool tub and walk in shower.  The queen bedroom has a tub/shower combo bathroom.

Great Gathering Spaces indoors and out:

The comfortable open living area has ample seating and TV.  It is open to the kitchen and dining room so everyone is a part of the conversation. There is table seating in the elegant main dining rooms and also additional table seating in the outdoor patio.    The ceiling fan over the outdoor table keeps the breezes coming.  When you’re ready to stay in, we’ve also stocked a wide selection of games, toys and books for the kids as well as dvd’s for all ages.  Original artwork by Yakov Smirnoff lends a fun atmosphere to each contemporary modern condo.

Perfect extras:

Enjoy walking your small dog 25 lbs or less along the lakeshore trail.

The marina is 200 yards from the building where you can dock your boat or rent one and a jetski or tubes!  Easy entry makes for more lake time.  Fishing license and groceries available on-site.

Enjoy a swim in the heated outdoor pool just out front of the building.  The private condo complex pool is open from May to October.

The lake shore trail is just behind the building, walk right to it off the patio.   The perfect place to walk dogs, play with the kids or walk with your sweetheart.

Lakes:

Table Rock Lake offers most any lake activity: boats of all types, jetski, parasail, windsurf, swim, tube, fish and more.  The nearby Table Rock Dam is where the fish hatchery for many lakes in MO is, a great place to learn about state species and see them.

Outdoors:

There are 3 main area lakes all with different attractions.   Hiking, spelunking, birdwatching, ziplining in forest canopies, biking, championship golf and more await.

City:

A quick 10 minutes to the famous Branson strip and the Branson Landing.  Restaurants, shopping and over 100 live theatre and music shows are just 10 minutes away in Branson, MO.  Several outlet malls offer budget shopping.  Unique gifts and pieces can be found at many craftsman and craft shopping opportunities.  Silver Dollar City has many major events through the year and offers large amusement rides and coasters.  White Water Park offers lots of water rides.  Mini golf, cars, museums abound in town.  Truly something for everyone.  Branson Landing has water fountains and fireworks with outdoor concerts, dining and shopping galore.

• 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.

• We can sleep 38+ at the View of Emerald Pointe in 6 individual 2 & 3 bedroom condos.

Pet Friendly / Allergen Free

• Pets: Limit 1 pet, must be less than 25 lbs.
• Pet fees are $10 per night, must be an approved pet.
• We have both pet friendly and allergen freeproperties if this one does not suit your needs.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days in advance, there is a $100 relisting fee.
• Between 59 days and 21 days you forfeit first installment, within 3 weeks you forfeit full amount unless we are able to rebook the full stay and amount and consider further refunds.
• Additional cancellation policies may apply to bookings of 3 or more units, please inquire.
