Beautiful Moible on a quiet dead end street just 200ft from the lake. Within 4 blocks to Tracy's point where you can dock or rent a boat. Lake Panasoffkee is well known for it wonderful fishing for bass, bluegill, shellcrakers and perch. Quiet and relaxing little town close to The Villages, Tampa and Ocala all within a short drive.

Lake Panasoffkee is a lovely country community with wooded lots and waterfront property. It is slow paced living and abundant recreation make it ideal for retirement and winter homes. Good schools, churches,restaurants and medical clinic are some of the features that make this lakefront community a great place to live.
Lake Panasoffkee, along with easy access to the Withlacoochee River, boasts some of the best bass, crappie and shell cracker fishing in the state of Florida. But hunting golfing and long leisurely walks under the shade of giant oak trees are other favorite pastimes. Shopping in the small quaint towns of the ares is enjoyable. Larger towns such as Tampa, Orlando and Ocala are only minutes away via I-75 and the Florida Turnpike.
