Fully equipped eat in kitchen, Master bedroom has king size bed, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, TV/VCR,and access to the screened lanai. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, double closet and adjoining bath. Condo is complete with housewares, linens, cable TV, telephone, ceiling fans and full size washer/dryer. Covered parking for one vehicle. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. ONE SMALL DOG UNDER 25 POUNDS ALLOWED.

The clubhouse has internet access,a large pool, spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, screened barbeque pavilion, dance floor, game room, exercise equipment, activity rooms and a full time activities director. There are 3 additional heated pools within a few steps of the condo. Several community lakes, also. The main security entrance is minutes away from shopping and dining. Very clean, recently painted and decorated in fresh, gulf coast motif! There is wi-fi in the unit, as well.
