Vacation Rental Description

Discover Indian Rocks Beach and enjoy the tranquility of our  
beautiful gulf side condo. Our spacious condo with partial gulf views  
is located in a small, secure, quiet building just steps to the white  
sand and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico.  A split floor plan  
ensures privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom.  The  
master bedroom has a new king bed the second bedroom has a queen and  
twin.  Both bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. Unlike larger  
buidings, crowds are never a problem (there are no lines at our  
elevator)!  Just pull into your reserved parkng spot under the  
buildng and you are home.  Sorry pets are not permitted and this is  
a NO Smoking unit.

Vacation Rental Rates

December - January     ...$2100/month   $800/week   
February - April       ...$3400/month   $1050/week 
April 15  - September 9...$2100/month   $800/week 
September 9 - November ...$1700/month   $675/week 
Holiday weeks may be higher. 
12% Florida tourist tax will be added. 
Cleaning is included if condo is left in good condition. 
$200 security/reservation deposit required for weekly rentals. 
$500 security/reservation deposit required for monthly rentals. 
Snow birds welcome.
