Ideally located at the beautiful Isle of Palms, steps from the beach and walking distance to "downtown" Isle of Palms, while only a short drive to Historic Charleston.

This is an extra nice place to stay for the Cooper River Bridge Run in April.  After you get back from the run you can walk out on the beach and relax.

The beach is ideal for sunbathing, very family friendly, walking, swimming, body surfing, jogging, biking and all the traditional beach activities.

Nearby Charleston is famous for the history, with numerous plantations nearby, boat rides to Ft. Sumter (where the civil war started), seafood, and old churches.  Not to mention the Ghost walks and carriage rides in downtown...as well as the market.  There is also an Aquarium and IMAX Theater..and a lot of nightlife. 

Adjacent Mount Pleasant has many of the stores you have come to know and love..if you enjoy shopping.  Also, it is famous for the Yorktown aircraft carrier including a Medal of Honor museum.  

Condo is Smoke Free and Pets are NOT allowed at any of the Oceanside condos.

What can you expect?  a Very nice unit, good service from me at a fair price.

Summer 2013 weekly 1210 minumum 7 nights.  Sat to Sat only. 6/16 to 8/3.

Sport 2013 weekly 870 Daily 174.  Minimum 4 nights 8/4 to 9/7

Fall 2013 Weekly 755, Daily 151.  Minimum 3 nights 9/8 to 10/5.

Contact the owner for bookings, nonrefundable payment is required within a week of holding the condo.  typically holding the condo requires 1/2 payment at the time of booking.  The second 1/2 is typically paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. 

In cases of cancellation, the deposit is forfetted.  Vacation insurance is available online through various unrelated businesses.
