Vacation Rental Description

the ones in Orangetree and have a taste of Florida. Florida Miracles/Orangetree Vacations, is a five 
bedroom, four bath, fully air conditioned Luxury home, ideally located, at OrangeTree, for all the 
attractions at Disney World, Universal Studios and other Major attractions. It is easy to find just 
off Highway 27 North, about two and a half miles north of Highway 192 West. All major supermarket 
chains including the new Super Wal-Mart are within five minutes, as are numerous shops, restaurants, 
pharmacies, banks and gas stations. It butts up to conservation land for more privacy. The pool is 
South facing for maximum sun bathing. New library 2 miles away for you to check, all of your e-mails.
So don't miss out on a great house at a great price.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Master ensuite bedrooms one with King size bed, one with Queen, 
both with 20 inch cable tvs, ceiling fans with 
remote, blow dryers and access to pool and spa through private 
french door in bathrooms. One other bedroom with a Queen size bed 
with a 27 inch and two bedrooms with twin beds have a 13 inch t.v. 
in each room. Central Air Conditioning through out. Great room has a 
ceiling fan, 32 inch Cable television, Dvd/Vhs player with over 60 
movies to choose from and Playstation 2 in great room. Portable 
crib, highchair and stroller free of charge. Washer and Dryer, Full 
Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking 
Utensils, Linens, alarm clocks and towels provided. Recently installed 
Florida Glass on both sides of pool area. Making the pool area very private 
from prying eyes.Privately screened in patio with a 29 ft Pool and Spa 
(not a Hot tub)and a gas grill for your cook-outs. Two Car Garage, Phone in 
kitchen (Local calls free.) Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets.

Vacation Rental Rates
