$3,300 per week, inquire about our off-season and monthly rates; 1-week minimum stay.

We require a refundable security deposit and non-refundable cleaning fee, plus local Occupancy Tax (weekly stays, only). Upon receipts of contract 1st payment is due within one week, 7 days, remaining balance will be due one month, 30 days, before arrival. If occupant cancels agreement 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, all payments will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee; for cancellations 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival, total security deposit will be witheld; cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrivals, occupant shall be responsible for total rental amout plus a $50.00 administrative fee. If property is re-rented for the same days, all payments will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee.
