This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is located just a few blocks from the beach and close to town, shopping, and restaurants. On the first level you have a one car garage, and the master Suite. This room has a brand new Queen bed with a T/V and DVD player. The bathroom has a large tub and granite counter tops. On the 2nd level you have a very open and bright area that has a fully equiped Kitchen, Dining and Living Room, 1/2 bath and large laundry room, pantry. and nice size balcony. The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. One room has a Queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. All furniture is new as of May. This a very nice complex that is kid friendly and a great place to have your Summer Vacation
