This well-kept, non-smoking house is located on the water in Placid
Lakes, just 3 canals from beautiful Lake June. A 5 minute boat ride
allows you to enjoy the most popular recreational lake in Lake
Placid.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with living room, dining
area, air-conditioned sun room overlooking water, and kitchen. The
kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, and is completely stocked with glassware, dishes,
pots, pans, and all utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are
provided.
Indoor utility room with washer and dryer and 2 car garage.
Bring your fishing gear, boat and/or jet skis and have an absolutely
awesome time on the Lake June, or just enjoy the beauty and serenity
of Placid Lakes.

Activities and Attractions
Lake June is the largest recreational lake in Highlands County and
is excellent for all types of water sports...You can enjoy fishing
from your dock, skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, or just hanging out.
Sebring is 15 minutes away. Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples are just 1-2 hours
away. American Legion, Moose Club and others close by. A couple of
minutes to downtown Lake Placid is located a quaint town of businesses,
shops and resturants. Many buildings adorn beautiful murals. Lake Placid is
known as the Caladium capitol of the world!
Within walking distance is a championship public golf course and clubhouse.

Vacation Rental Rates
Available for Monthly, Weekly and Weekend Rentals

Deposit: 1/2 Rental Rate non-refundable security/damage deposit with
reservation. (to be returned upon satisfactory check-out)

Weekends: $400 (includes utilities) –Friday and Saturday Nights.
Check out 4 PM on Sunday
Weekly: $700 (includes utilities) Monday through Sunday check in 3PM,
check out 2 PM
4th of July, Memorial and Labor Day Holiday Weekends: $750 (4 days,
3 Nights)
$1,500 monthly (January - March); $1200 monthly (April - December)
