Charming bungalow located on a quiet street adjacent to Holland State Park, just a hop, skip and a jump from the General Store, bike paths, Ottawa Beach...and of course..."Big Red" Lighthouse. This cottage has just been redecorated and newly furnished. Bright and squeaky clean, the cottage sleeps 7 comfortably and up to 8 using the studio couch. The bedrooms consist of one queen, one full, and 2 sets of bunk beds. Large shaded yard with furnished patio, gas grill, outdoor shower and campfire pit.

- 2013 Summer Weekly rental rates (Sat. to Sat.) as follows:
- $1,000 per week May 25 - June 15.
- $1,200 per week June 15 - June 29.
- $1,400 per week June 29 - August 3.
- $1,200 per week August 3 - September 7.
- Check in 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am
- 50% deposit to hold reservation. 50% plus $250 security deposit due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit is 100% refundable if the place is left clean and in the same condition as arrival.
