The apartment sleeps 11/12. It was recently renovated. Everything is new. We can describe it as follows.
When you enter from the main entrance , it has a big open space living room with 2 large queen sofa beds.
There is a big full equipped kitchen with all new appliances: dish-washer, microwave, oven, 4 glass convection burners, 4 slice toaster, 12 cup American coffee maker, Italian and French coffee maker, a mixer, a big slow cooker, pots, plates, glasses, mugs, kitchen towels, soaps and everything you need to live there comfortable.
There is a big rectangular table that normally sits 8 but also 10/12 if you put the other seats in the corners.

There are 2 bedrooms : one has a queen bed, the other a bunk bed with 2 full beds down, a twin bed up.
Totally BEDS: 3 QUEEN, 2 FULL, 1 TWIN.
There is a full bathroom and half, a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Air conditioner in every room, 3 TVs with cable basic HBO channels and internet with WIFI. DVDs.
When it rains you have the convenience to stay all the friends together to watch the 3tvs with the cable channels, also the basic hbo, or dvds films. You can use the internet WiFI for the laptops or you can play with some game, playing cards that are there or you want bring with you.
You also have one Car Parking Spot next the stairs with available parking along the street.

You are just walking distance to the beach, the Pirate Museum, 7 eleven, Subway, Pizza Hut, Deli, Pacake house, Crabs and seafood restaurants, Phillis,  and other places.
You are attached the main water park in O.C. the famous Jolly Rogers in one side and others mini golf and water Park in the other side, the bayside where the people with the nets go to fish crabs and the opposite nearest ocean side with the boardwalk 27st. where they sometimes organize free concerts and free open cinema on the beach/boardwalk or you can walking or cycling or do every kind of summer sports. A lot of play ground and a lot of fun for families and youngs.

There is a big Golf club.

You can visite Assatigue where is  the natural reserve for animal and wilde horse.
