Charming waterfront cottage on Lake Macatawa in Holland

Great lake views from a screened porch, with swimming right in front of the cottage at the end of a private sixty foot dock. 3 bedrooms with room to sleep up to 8.  $1,300/week, June through August, discounts for multiple weeks and off-season. Available weekly in the summer, plus off-season by request. Fifty percent deposit upon reservation, plus $250 refundable security deposit and balance of rent required three weeks prior to move in. Fully furnished, year around home, with comfortable living area, kitchen utensils and dishware, all bed and bath amenities including linens and towels provided. Two bedrooms down (one with a queen bed, the other with two twins) and one up (with two twin beds), plus a foldout couch in the living room that sleeps two. Comes with washer and dryer, AC, cable TV, Wi-fi and DVD, gas grill, water toys, fishing poles, etc.  Bikes and bike helmets available for kids and adults if you reserve ahead.

Close to Lake Michigan beaches, Saugatuck galleries, Holland shops.  Fishing off the dock and a township park with tennis courts nearby.  Running/walking/biking trails across the street that can take you all the way to the Big Red lighthouse on the Lake Michigan channel (about 1.5 miles west).   Quiet neighborhood and the best views available on the lake from our screened porch.

Weekly summer rental, Saturday to Saturday at $1,300/week.  Discounts for multiple weeks. Season runs June through August, with select dates available by request only for the off-season (September through May).
