Great beach home

This was a great place from the start. Peter was very kind to us and informative about directions and local things to do and see. The house was perfect with 2 rooms equipped with queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. There is a nice queen sized blow up mattress available for use in the entry way closet as well as extra beach towels, beach chairs, body board, and straw hats :) The den in the back was great for relaxing in the evenings and there is a BBQ grill on the back porch. The house also has an attached remote garage if you are looking at bringing your motorcycle like i did.

As far as the location goes, it couldn't get any better. Directly across from the beach with beach road access 50ft north or south of the house. You are a 5 minute walk to Coconuts beach side grill (my favorite place) and minutes to local restaurants and coffee baristas. The golf course is a 5 minute drive away and in beautiful shape (Cocoa Beach Country Club $36/18 holes).

All in all it was a great experience, I would definitely book this place again.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
