2.5 baths and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Full S/S country kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and a granite island with 4 stools.

Open and airy floor plan with hard wood floors through out and plenty of windows.  The large deck is great for dinning or just to enjoy the view.

Separate fully furnished playroom for the kids with a TV and a DVD/VCR player.

Prime Season - June 11, 2011 to Sept 3, 2011 $4500.00 per week.

Mid Season - Sept 4, 2010 to June 11, 2011 $3800.00 per week.

Non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 to hold your reservations, of which  $1000.00 is held as security deposit and is refundable ofter your stay and if there is no damage to the property and the property is left in the same condition before you came, and if no part of the rental agreement is broken.  The other $500.00 goes towards your weekly rental fee. The remaining rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to your stay.  A $200.00 charge will be taken out from the security deposit for cleaning, if you do not clean the home after your stay.
