The Last Cast in Lake Anna

 The Last Cast is a great place to spend time with your family and friends. This new log home offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with all the amenities to assure a good time will be had by all. The great room is highlighted by a wall of windows and a stone fireplace, There are flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms plus water views too! There are two Wii systems and over 300 DVDs to enjoy. Sit back and relax on the deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets with a sweeping view of the lake while others enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill. This is a new log home finshed in early 2010.You will be amazed by the quality and perfection inside and out. In house amenities include a claw foot tub and separate shower in the Master Bath, large dual head shower in the Guest Bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the two guest rooms have in one room a twin over queen and the other has a queen size bed. Modern, efficient kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cookstove and washer/dryer  Boat dock with  a fun waterslide and ladders, nice sandy beach area with picnic table and umbrella, sand toys, canoe, life jackets, inner tubes and sand chairs, roast marshmallows or make smores at the brand new firepit with surrounding benches right next to the beach!. Take a nap on the hammock or swing, while the kids play on the new playground set or just sit on the front deck and  relax on the porch swing or rocking chairs. There are also cushioned lounge chairs on the spacious deck along with a gas BBQ and table with umbrella.  We have thought of everything to make this the ideal vacation spot! You can rent a boat or jet ski or bring your own and launch from the Community Boat Ramp.  Plan a day trip to Richmond, Kings Dominion, shopping or various local Civil War Battlefields. Only a 1 hour drive to these locations as well as Charlottesville  - see Monticello, Ash Lawn, Michie Tavern or visit the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.
