Relax and unwind at Amelia Resort Condo, 2 blocks from the beach. Nestled in a lush grove of live oaks, this first floor unit is freshly renovated and fully equipped for a memorable vacation.  

Our Amelia Resort Condo can sleep 4-6.  It is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, sleeping 4 adults comfortably.  There is a sofa and loveseat in the great room, plus a portable crib and toddler cot available; maximum occupancy is 6.  Each bedroom has an attached full bath. The unit is geared for your vacation fun including luxury linens, towels, stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and assorted beach toys.

Lounge in the luxuriously comfortable beds with updated decor.  Enjoy your morning coffee out on the screened-in porch, listening to the chirping birds.  Go for a refreshing swim in the pool, just steps from the unit.  Then take a 5-minute stroll to the beach and spend the afternoon looking for fossilized shark teeth in the sand.  Prepare your own dinner in the fully appointed, updated kitchen or decide which of over 30 restaurants within a 10-minute drive you would like to try.

The Amelia Landings community is a quiet complex, with many permanent residents who take pride in the upkeep and peacefulness of their complex.  Being located 2 blocks from the beach means less traffic, fewer crowds, and bargain rates compared to ocean front properties.  The villas of the complex are tucked away in a mature oak grove, providing cool shade and tranquil surroundings.

This unit is no smoking.  Sorry, no pets are allowed (Association rules).  Responsible party must be 25 years old or older.

THE BEACH.  With 13 miles of public, wide sandy beaches, Amelia Island is a beach lovers' paradise.  Watch the sun come up on the Atlantic beachside and watch it set over the inter coastal waterway and marshes.  Spend the day walking the beaches, hunting for shells and fossilized sharks teeth.

Restaurants. There is a wide selection of restaurants on the island and several within a mile of the condo.  Downtown historic Fernandina Beach is 3 miles from the condo with many choices along with several night clubs.

Shopping.  Downtown Fernandina has a unique selection of local boutiques and art galleries plus there are several other boutique shopping villages on the island. 

History.  One of the oldest settlements in Florida, Amelia Island has an interesting history beginning with the story of the eight flags: the eight different sovereign bodies that have claimed Fernandina since 1562.  Attractions include: the Amelia Island Museum of History in downtown Fernandina, Old Town Historic District at the north end of the island; Fort Clinch at the northeast end of the island; Kingsley Plantation on Fort George Island.

For All Visits

$65.00 cleaning fee is charged for each visit plus 11% Florida state and local taxes.

$200 Security Deposit is required to reserve the unit.  This is fully refundable after your departure barring any excessive wear and tear.

Fully payment of rent, cleaning fee, and taxes is due 21 days prior to your arrival date.
