Bedding: First Floor, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full/Twin Bunk bed. Second Floor, 3 King beds, 1 Full/Twin Bunk bed, 2 twin mattresses to be used anywhere.

This house has a fully equipped kitchen, including, refrigerator,
stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
iron, ironing board, gas grill, Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access, and all
cooking utensils and dishes. Private heated pool, TV's VCR, DVD,
Stereo/CD Player, and Off Street parking.

Rental Rates:

Rates based on 12 guests, $100 per person per week for extra guests up to 16 max.

Early Summer: May 11th-May 24th

Peak Summer: May 25th - August 09th
$4,700/week, (4th of July week, $5000/wk)

Summer Discount: August 10th - August 30th
$3,475/week

Fall: August 31st - October 25th
$2,300/week

Off Season: October 25th - February 28th
$1,600/week

Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks
$1,995/week

Sat to Sat 7 night minimum rentals only from May 19 to Aug 10, 4 night minimum other times of the year.

$250.00 to 300.00 per week to heat pool

12% Tax

There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within seven days after check out).

Half of Rental Rate required to secure home.
