ski rentals and parasailing. Gorgeous sunsets and dolphin sightings 
every day.Building is beach side on the north east corner behind the 
nature preserve with heated pool, dry sauna room, exercise room and 
tennis court. South end of island one mile north of draw bridge 
across from Santini Plaza an Excellent location
