High Grove is a gated development of Mediterranean design villas of only 165 homes and is a gated community in a highly desirable location (Right at the corner of hwy 192 and 27)! It is a mere 10 minutes and a 6 mile drive away from Disney World and Universal Studios a further few miles away. It is half a mile from the nearest 24 hour Super Wal-Mart and a shopping mall with a Publix, Restaurants is just over one minutes drive away. There are also fishing venues within a few miles. Many Golf clubs are a few miles drive away too.

Cleaning fee of $110 will apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks. Daily Rate of Pool Heat/Hot Spa or Jacuzzi if applied: $30 or $149/week.

 Tax:   11%

1. $300 security deposit at the reservation.
2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no earlier than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am.
3. No pets, no smoking.
4. Renter must be 21 years old or above.
5. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date.
6. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred and will be refunded approximately one to two weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.

If written (email/letter) cancellation request is received:
1. 10+ weeks prior to check-in date: deposit refunded minus $25 processing fee
2. 6 to 10 weeks prior to check-in date: deposit retained as credit towards future rental (valid within one year)
3. 4 to 6 weeks prior to check-in date: 50% of full payment will be refunded, deposit retained
4. Less than 4 weeks prior to check-in date: No refund

Note: For any cancellation case, only $25 processing fee will be charged if the property can be re-rented with same rate for the time period that was canceled
