Vacation Rental Description

Town Center is a secure gated community of just 94 privately owned 
villas, set in a woodland conservation area. Styled with a Caribbean 
flavour, set in beautifully tended grounds with an abundance of palm 
trees and shrubs, the community is surrounded by lakes and nature 
reserve woodland providing a relaxing environment. The villa has no 
close neighbours on any side in a new exclusively developed 
location, which is maintained to the highest standards. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The spacious Villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with 
showers two being en suite. There is a large living area with TV, 
video, PS2/DVD and CD player. The Games Room has a pool table, table 
tennis and darts with the added bonus of Casino games. There is an 
Internet enabled PC with wireless broadband access available. There 
are formal and informal dining areas along with a fully equipped 
kitchen including dishwasher, microwave & large fridge freezer. 
Washing, drying and ironing facilities are also provided. 
The south facing pool area offers total privacy whilst the 
deck provides sun loungers, table, parasol and chairs for your 
enjoyment. The pool can be heated on request.

Activities and Attractions

Town Centre is ideally located for visiting the many attractions and 
facilities in the Orlando area. Whilst slightly off the beaten track 
in a quiet and idyllic lake setting it is just 8 minutes to Disney's 
World drive - 2 minutes from the marvellous golfing facilities at 
Reunion and Champions Gate where there is also a supermarket, 
chemist and a few restaurants. A further vast array of shops and 
restaurants are within 10 minutes, many on the areas main roads 27 
and 192. I4 the interstate Highway is a 4 minute drive from the 
villa. Whatever you are aiming to do in the area this is a perfect 
base, enabling easy avoidance of the busiest traffic routes at peak 
times.

Above Rates are weekly and Optional pool heating (recommended 
October - April) can be requested when booking and is an extra $20 
per day. Cleaning charge of $70 on stays less than 7 nights
Tax Rate 12%
Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required
Bookings are held for 7 working days until receipt of deposit $150 
per week
