If you're looking for a vacation rental beyond your wildest dreams, this is it! This is a lovingly restored historic home (1925) near the Edison/Ford Estates. Unique location on quiet dead end street which ends at the Caloosahatchie River. The Main House has magical natural light, 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, wood floors throughout, a working fireplace, eat-in kitchen and numerous access doors opening to the various outside areas. A large covered veranda faces the oversized pool. The separate Guest House is a large studio with its own full bathroom. The two houses sit on a large 1/2 acre lot with plenty of sun and shade and are located just one property off the river. Watch the breathtaking sunsets, fall asleep in the backyard hammock or pick your own juicy oranges for breakfast. The lush fenced-in yard is safe for children and pets and offers guests a sense of complete privacy. There's even a balcony with a river view off the upstairs master bedroom. The property is very convenient to beaches, shopping, golf, downtown Fort Myers and the islands of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. This is the perfect vacation choice for a family, group of friends/co-workers or a reunion and is also available for weddings, parties and business/organization functions.

Rental Fee + Other Charges are due in two payments:
Payment #1: Reservation Fee - $500 - holds your dates This payment also includes a $49 Property Damage Protection which protects you/us up to $3000 in damage and eliminates the necessity for a Security Deposit
Departure Cleaning Fee: $250 (Main House only) or $300 (Main House + Guest House)
Pool Heat: During cooler months (November - March - $30 per day (optional)
Payment #2: Due 2 weeks before your arrival and is the balance of your total minus the $500 Payment #1.
11% Florida Tax on: Rental Fee + Cleaning + Pool Heat
Weekly rates calculated Saturday through Saturday - but - we are flexible

Mid Season B: SEPT 16, 2012 - NOV 17, 2012 - SAME RATES AS MID SEASON A
Off Season: JULY 1, 2012 - SEPT 15, 2012: $3920 MONTHLY; $1400 weekly; $275/night (Sun - Thurs) & $300 (Fri & Sat)
