Adorable studio cottage near the ocean. Take a three minute walk to a private beach -  it is less than one tenth of a mile away. Relax in the sun during the day or fish for striped bass during the evening. Cottage sleeps up to two people. Ideal for two adults or one adult and one child. Full bath and one main room - kitchen, living room, bedroom combination. Complete with AC, ceiling fan, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and coffee maker. Also included is an alarm clock with CD player and cable TV. A gas grill is just outside the cottage for use during daylight hours. The location is twenty minutes from historical Plymouth center and easy access to all parts of Cape Cod. No smoking.

Kitchenette with refrigerator, stove with cook top and oven, coffee maker, toaster, outside grill, microwave, wireless internet, Cable TV, radio, ceiling fan, electric heat and air conditioning. The sleeping arrangements include a full size futon with an inner coil mattress and a twin size bed. Outdoor seating is available for eating and relaxing in a serene, private backyard behind owner house. The cottage is surrounded by numerous beautiful perenial gardens with an abundance of birds, as well as shady and sunny areas.

Leisure Activities in the Local Area
Some of the activities and fun things to do that are within a 15 minutes drive include: Eating at great restaurants, visit Plimoth Plantation, antiqueing, fishing, golf, roller blading or bike riding along the cape cod canal, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, walking on the beaches. Other activities: whale watching or taking a boat to P Town or Marthas Vinyard.

Nightly rate - $95.00 t0 $110.00 with a three night minimum stay.

A $200.00 security deposit is required, plus a $75.00 cleaning fee. Cleaning fee can be returned if renter chooses to clean and leave in turn-key condition.
